Ultrasonic Metal Welding Machine
Ultrasonic metal welding machine is a derivative equipment of ultrasonic metal welding machine. Mainly used in the welding of copper wire and aluminum wire such as the welding of automobile wiring harness and motorcycle wiring harness.
Ultrasonic Metal Welding Machine consists of machine and ultrasonic power generator.
The machine is composed of chassis, transducer, pneumatic system, PC circuit and bottom mold.
Sound component The sound component consists of three parts: transducer, horn and welding head.

Maintenance of Ultrasonic Metal Welding Machine
1. Clean the area around the welding head every day after use. Clean the area around the welding head with air, spray rust inhibitor and wipe it clean.
2. After one month of use, open the upper cover plate of the machine, clean the dust and foreign matters inside, and check whether the socket is loose.
3. If the welding sound is too loud for a period of time, please open the upper cover plate and regularly check whether the connection between the welding head and the horn and the transducer is loose and whether there is rust.
4. The manufacturer shall regularly add some lubricating oil to the moving parts of the machine to ensure smooth operation of the machine.
5. There shall be no sundries at the junction of welding base and welding head to avoid affecting the welding quality.

Thank you for choosing our products. In order to protect your rights and interests and better serve you, the following instructions are given:
Warranty period: one year for the whole Ultrasonic Metal Welding Machine, one year for the transducer, three months for the welding head due to quality reasons, no warranty for the generator damaged due to wrong power line connection and misoperation, and no warranty for the welding head damaged due to empty welding or misoperation. There is no warranty for any repair or change without the consent of the manufacturer.
Warranty content: During the warranty period, there is no charge for maintenance. After the warranty period, the company will charge according to the maintenance standard.
